Saturnia Travertini Italia S.r.l. operates this website and acts as controller for demonstration and contact enquiries.

STI may act as controller for accounts, enquiries, security and its own commercial administration. Where agreed by contract, STI may act as processor for operational customer data.

Information submitted through enquiries may be used to respond, arrange demonstrations, maintain security and administer the resulting commercial relationship. Operational customer data is handled according to the applicable customer agreement.

StoneCloud application and operational records are hosted on STI-controlled infrastructure in Italy. Activated integrations and subprocessors may process relevant data under their applicable terms; their identities and roles remain subject to legal and technical confirmation.

The WhatsApp connector is beta and not active. If activated later by a customer, information selected for the connected conversation may also be processed by the WhatsApp provider under its applicable terms. The precise data fields, roles and notices remain subject to legal and technical confirmation.
